Align’s Commercial Contractors Excess & Umbrella Program is a construction risks umbrella facility for both subcontractors and general contractors. This includes commercial risks and any derivative thereof.

The subcontracting classes that this facility is designed to provide coverage for includes framing, grading, drywall-plastering, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, electrical, cabling etc., as well as sub-trades such as painting, cabinet work, windows, tiling, carpeting-flooring, and landscaping to name a few.

The general contractors Align is targeting tend to be on the smaller side, with gross revenues less that $30 million. These generals typically do commercial and some small residential developments.

The Align Commercial Contractors Excess & Umbrella Program is available on a non-admitted basis in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Hawaii, Utah, Nevada, Hawaii & New Mexico.
