Commercial Contractor's Insurance
Align’s Commercial Contractors Program is an exclusive construction risks insurance facility for both subcontractors and smaller general contractors (revenues under $30m). This includes commercial risks and any derivative thereof. The subcontracting classes that this facility is designed to provide coverage for include: framing, grading, drywall-plastering, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, electrical, cabling etc., as well as sub-trades.

Excess & Umbrella
Align’s Commercial Contractors Excess & Umbrella Program is a construction risks facility for both subcontractors and smaller general contractors (revenues under $30m). This includes commercial risks and any derivative thereof, such as framing, grading, drywall-plastering, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, electrical, cabling etc., as well as sub-trades. Align must write the underlying Liability insurance to offer this program.
