Kieran Sweeney is an insurance executive with nineteen years of industry experience that includes managing insurance, reinsurance and general agency businesses. Before establishing ALIGN™ General in 2003, Kieran was president and chief executive officer of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc., one of the largest general insurance agencies in the U.S.

Kieran began his insurance career in 1987 with Willis Faber, Plc at Lloyd's of London. In 1991 he joined U.S. Capital Group, Inc., a New York-based insurance and reinsurance holding company. At U.S. Capital, he held positions as vice president of Legal and Audit, president of Pan Atlantic Investors Limited and senior vice president and general manager of U.S. Capital Insurance Company. Kieran graduated from University College Galway, Ireland in 1987 with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry.

Andy Swindall began his insurance career in 1993 at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. in the Actuarial Services Department where he later became department manager. In 1998, he moved into a product manager role and in 2001 Andy became
the senior manager of Arrowhead's Personal Automobile Division, which produced over $150 million in written premiums annually. Andy joined ALIGN™ in 2003 as a member of the senior management team and to manage the Personal Auto Insurance Division. Andy is also a director of Align™ Financial Group, Inc.

Andy is a member of the CPCU Society and holds a certificate as an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) as well as other industry designations. Andy graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a BA in Economics and a Minor in Law and Society.
